Full Send Freight ("we") operates www.fullsendfreight.com. Full Send Freight is an independent freight agent of Margin Freight Services LLC (MC #1281796, USDOT #3682946).

What we collect. When you request a quote, apply for a shipping account, or contact us, we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, phone, billing information you choose to provide, and shipment details such as pickup and delivery locations, dates, weight, and freight description. Our site uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, which may collect device and usage data under Google's privacy policy. Our website host may use cookies needed for the site to work.

How we use it. To respond to your request, quote and arrange your shipment, set up your account and credit terms, and communicate with you. We share the necessary information with Margin Freight Services LLC, which brokers and invoices shipments, and with the motor carriers that move your freight. Customer accounts and online quoting are provided through the Quote Factory platform.

What we don't do. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention. We keep quote, account, and shipment records as long as needed for business, tax, and regulatory purposes.
