Freight Shipping FAQ
What does Full Send Freight do?
We arrange freight shipping across the United States. You tell us what you're shipping, where, and when; we find a vetted carrier at a fair rate, book it, and stay on the load until it delivers.
Who is Margin Freight, and why is their name on my invoice?
Full Send Freight is an independent freight agent of Margin Freight Services LLC, a licensed property broker (MC #1281796, USDOT #3682946). John Howell handles your quotes, booking, and updates; Margin Freight Services LLC holds the broker authority, bond, and insurance and sends your invoices.
Do you own trucks?
No. We're a freight agent working under a licensed broker, not a trucking company. Your freight moves on independent motor carriers that we vet before every load.
How do you choose carriers?
Every carrier must have active operating authority for at least one year and be set up and monitored through Highway. We verify insurance before pickup and require tracking.
What services do you offer?
LTL, full truckload, dry van, flatbed and step deck, refrigerated (reefer), hazmat, trade show shipping, and over-dimensional freight, all within the United States.
How fast will I get a quote?
Quotes are answered in 30 minutes or less during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central. Approved customers can also get instant LTL quotes anytime in our online customer portal.
Can I get instant LTL quotes online?
Yes, once your account is approved. Open a shipping account, we set up your credit terms, and you'll get a login to quote, book, and track LTL shipments and view invoices online.
What do you need for a quote?
Pickup and delivery city or ZIP, ready date, equipment or service, weight, dimensions or pallet count, and anything special: hazmat details, straps or tarps, temperature, liftgate, appointment times.
Do you ship hazmat?
Yes. Send the UN number, hazard class, packing group, and emergency contact, and we'll quote it with a properly authorized carrier. Hazmat is quoted directly, not through instant online quotes.
Why did my LTL bill change after pickup?
LTL carriers reweigh and reinspect freight. If the actual weight, dimensions, or freight class differ from what was quoted, the carrier can adjust the charge. Accurate details up front keep your quote firm.
How do I pay?
Invoices are emailed by Margin Freight Services LLC for each shipment. Standard terms are Net 30 from the invoice date for approved accounts; payment instructions are on every invoice.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We serve shipments within the United States.
Is Full Send Freight the trucking company in Indiana with the same name?
No. We're an Olathe, Kansas freight agency brokering under Margin Freight Services LLC (MC #1281796) and aren't affiliated with any motor carrier of a similar name.
